“You” refers to the Customer; “We”, “Us”, or “the Company” refers to No Sweat Ethical Trading Limited.

STATUTORY DIGITAL IMPRINT

In accordance with UK electoral law regarding digital campaign and fundraising material, this website is promoted by No Sweat Ethical Trading Limited (5 Caledonian Road, London, N1 9DY) on behalf of the Darlington Green Party.

1. PRICING AND ONLINE ORDERS

1.1 All prices are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update prices without notice.

1.2 Prices listed are inclusive of any applicable taxes but exclusive of shipping charges, which will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process.

1.3 Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch and refund you in full.

2. BASIS OF CONTRACT

2.1 Your online order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is only deemed accepted when we issue a Shipping Confirmation email or dispatch the Goods.

2.2 You are responsible for ensuring you have reviewed the product descriptions and size guides provided on our website before ordering.

2.3 Website images and descriptive matter are for indicative purposes only. While we strive for absolute accuracy in representing the "Make Hope Normal Again" design, slight variations in garment color or print placement may occur.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Payment is required in full via cleared funds at the point of checkout.

3.2 We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other major secure checkout methods as specified on our website.

3.3 All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments in GBP (British Pounds).

4. GOODS AND SIZING

4.1 All goods are subject to availability. Because these garments are printed on a custom basis via digital print fulfillment, processing times may vary.

4.2 Sizing: Garment sizes are approximate. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the size guides provided. We do not accept liability for sizing issues once an item has been worn or washed.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 We use independent carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD) to fulfill orders. We are not a carrier ourselves.

5.2 Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Dispatch is not “of the essence.”

5.3 Delivery is deemed complete once the Goods arrive at the shipping address provided during checkout.

5.4 Failed Delivery: If you fail to accept delivery after standard attempts by our carrier, we reserve the right to charge for any return-to-sender and re-delivery costs.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

6.1 As a consumer, you have the statutory right to notify us of your intent to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

6.2 Goods must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition within 14 days of your cancellation notice to qualify for a refund.

6.3 We will only refund via the original payment method used at checkout.

6.4 Shipping Costs on Return: If you cancel your order within the statutory 14-day window, we will refund the price of the goods plus the cost of our standard outbound delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the garment is physically faulty or defective upon arrival.

6.5 Non-returnable: Items that have been damaged by your own wear, wash cycles, or repair attempts cannot be accepted for return.

7. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

7.1 By purchasing from this website, your transaction data will be securely processed by No Sweat Ethical Trading Limited strictly to fulfill and manage your order.

7.2 Your personal data will not be shared with the Green Party or used for political marketing purposes. All data handling complies strictly with UK GDPR.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the Goods.

8.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses stemming from delivery delays or stock shortages.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

9.1 Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: transport network failure, acts of God, supply chain shortages, or default of printing sub-contractors.

10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1 This contract is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
